session?
A typical coaching session is a powerful conversation,
50 minutes in length, focused on you, your patterns, and what you want for your
life. You will leave each session with insight, inspiration, goals and action
steps. You will start each new session with a review of your progress and then
dive in and continue to learn and grow toward a better life. The only way

What is the coaching
investment?
Hiring a coach is one of the most empowering and life
changing steps you will ever take. Perhaps for the first time, you will commit
to invest in your greatest asset – YOU.
- The time investment is 2 or more monthly telephone sessions
(as well as time for reflection and introspection between sessions), for 4 to
6 months, or longer, depending on the purpose of your coaching, and your
situation. Sometimes, but not often, a different format will be appropriate,
so sessions can be shorter or longer, and more or less frequent depending on
your situation.
- The financial investment depends on the number of coaching sessions
per month and the length of the coaching program. Clients are given the option
to save significantly by making an upfront payment for a full coaching
program. Visa, Master Card, AMX, and Discover are accepted.
